Erika is originally from New York where she got an early start to her sales career at the age of 8 where she worked at  the counter in her family's business. In 1989 she moved to South Florida to rasie a family and manage the world famous Vito's Restaurant of North Miami Beach. While working at the restaurant, Erika realized she always wanted to do something that envolved working one on one with people. In 2001 after many trips to the High Country she made Banner Elk her home. Soon after her move Erika became a Broker and together with Mark Minor, opened Heritage Realty in May 2006.

 
Erika always puts her clients wishes first. Whether buying or selling their goals are her goals. She is always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
